Never Miss a Lead is $1,500 one-time setup, then $500/mo. Full growth plans are month-to-month: Starter $2,400/mo (a new website, an actively managed Google presence, monthly content and every lead-capture automation), Growth $4,800/mo — currently $3,200/mo for our first three clients at the Founding Client Rate — which adds Google Ads and Local Services Ads management plus call tracking and revenue attribution, and Scale $12k+/mo for multi-location and commercial. Starter and Growth each carry a one-time $2,500 onboarding fee; Scale onboarding is scoped individually. Larger projects are quoted by scope.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No long-term contract — but here's the honest shape of it. Starter, Growth and Scale begin with a 90-day launch runway, and that initial period is a commitment on both sides. Almost all of the build work lands in that window — your website, Google Business Profile rebuild, tracking, and automation — and it takes roughly that long for the work to start showing up in results. After day 90 you're month-to-month and can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade any month. Never Miss a Lead has no runway at all: once the one-time setup is complete, it's month-to-month immediately. You keep full ownership of your website, domain, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, and analytics. The Founding Client Rate is the exception: the first three clients skip the 90-day launch runway entirely and are month-to-month from day one, because we are asking them to take a bet on an agency without a track record and it would be unreasonable to lock them in as well.

What if I already have a website I like?

Then we don't rebuild it. Starter and Growth can be scoped to work with your existing site instead — we still handle Google Business Profile, local SEO, monthly content, tracking, and every lead-capture automation; we just optimize the site you already have rather than replacing it. Onboarding drops from $2,500 to $1,000 because the build comes out of scope. One practical caveat, stated up front: how much we can change directly depends on your platform. On WordPress, Squarespace, Wix and most hosted builders we can implement tracking and on-page changes ourselves once you give us access. On a locked-down custom build we may hand your developer exact code and copy to deploy instead. We'll tell you which situation you're in during the free audit, before you commit to anything.

What happens to my website and accounts if I leave?

You keep everything, and it keeps running. Your domain, Google Business Profile, Google Ads account, and analytics are registered in your name from day one, so nothing needs to transfer — you simply remove our access. Your website is the one piece that needs a handover: we build and host it on our development platform during the engagement, and if you leave we transfer that project to you so you can keep hosting it, or export the site so your next developer can pick it up. Every page and piece of content we produced for you is yours. There's no exit fee, and we don't hold anything hostage.

Will you work with my competitor?

Not in your core area, in your trade. We keep this promise deliberately narrow so it means something and so we can actually honor it: it covers your primary trade in the specific municipalities or ZIP codes you name as your core service area, which we capture in writing at intake. It does not cover an entire county or metro. Most local businesses will happily drive well beyond their core, and those outer areas can overlap with another client's — what we protect is the ground you actually compete for day to day. If we're already working with someone in your trade and your core ZIPs when you get in touch, we'll tell you before you spend time on a call. The exact list is written into your agreement so there's no ambiguity later.

We tie our work to the metrics that matter — booked calls, cost per lead, local map-pack rankings, and return on ad spend. Every plan includes a Looker Studio dashboard and a plain-English monthly email summary. Call tracking and revenue attribution, which trace individual booked jobs back to the campaign that produced them, are included from the Growth plan up.
