All copy, graphics, and design on this site are the property of Leadwright, LLC unless otherwise attributed. You may share links and short excerpts with attribution.
Client engagements
Client work is governed by a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA). Our standard MSA is month-to-month after a 90-day launch runway. Clients own their websites, ad accounts, GBP, and analytics data — always.
No guarantees of specific results
Marketing results depend on market conditions, offer strength, and operational capacity. Any outcomes referenced reflect specific engagements and are not a promise of future performance.
Governing law
Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
