Sample 90-Day Growth Plan
This is the kind of document you receive within 48 hours of a free growth audit — yours to keep, whether or not you ever work with us. The version below has been redacted so you know exactly what you're being offered before you hand over any access.
Read This First: This Is Not a Case Study.
Leadwright is a new firm and we don't publish client results we haven't earned. The business profiled below is a composite, built from the kinds of problems this audit routinely surfaces in small home-service companies — it is not a real client, and no figure here is a past result or a promise of a future one. What's genuine is the format, the depth, and the method: this is the actual structure of the plan we'd write for you.
The Business
What the Audit Found
| Finding | What We Saw | Why It Matters |
|---|---|---|
| Google Business Profile is barely built | 2 of 9 relevant service categories set. Services list empty. Six photos, none added in 14 months. Zero Posts. Q&A blank. | You are invisible in the map pack for most of what you actually do. |
| Review gap against direct competitors | 31 reviews at 4.4 stars. The two nearest competitors sit at 148 reviews / 4.7 and 210 / 4.6. No process for asking. | Reviews are the biggest map-pack ranking factor you control. |
| Website is slow and hard to act on | 4.3s mobile load. Phone number not tappable above the fold. One Services page covering nine trades. No schema markup. | Visitors who do arrive leave before they can call you. |
| Invisible in four of six towns you serve | Ranks in the map pack for the home ZIP only. No town-level pages for surrounding municipalities. | You are paying for trucks to cover towns that can't find you. |
| Enquiries go unanswered for over a day | Test enquiry submitted 7:42pm Tuesday. First reply 9:15am Thursday — 37 hours 33 minutes. | Whoever replied first almost certainly booked that job. |
| Missed calls just stop | Three test calls after 5pm went to voicemail with no follow-up. One mailbox was full. | Every one of those is a customer who called the next company on the list. |
| Nothing is measured | No GA4. No call tracking. Form submissions land in a personal Gmail inbox. | There is no way to know which marketing produced a booked job. |
The 90-Day Plan
Days 1–30
Foundation, and the Fastest Leaks First
- Kickoff call and access handoff.
- File A2P 10DLC carrier registration on day one, because that approval runs 10–15 days on the carriers' clock, not ours.
- Full Google Business Profile rebuild: complete categories, every service listed, 20+ real job photos, Q&A seeded, hours and holiday overrides.
- Measurement installed before anything else — GA4, Search Console, and conversion events including click-to-call taps and form submissions.
- Speed-to-lead live by email: every web enquiry answered in under five minutes, 24/7.
- Review-request flywheel built and connected to job completion.
- Website architecture, sitemap and copy drafted for one consolidated round of review.
Deliverable: Baseline report — where you actually rank today and what you actually receive in a month.
Days 31–60
Build, Publish, and Switch the Automation On
- New website live, mobile-first, click-to-call above the fold.
- Town and service pages for the four municipalities you're invisible in.
- Missed-call text-back activated as soon as carrier registration clears.
- Weekly Google Business Profile posts begin.
- First eight locally-optimized content pieces published.
- Review requests firing automatically on every completed job.
Deliverable: Site live, all automations running, first real review-velocity data.
Days 61–90
Compound, Then Review Honestly
- Content continues at eight pieces per month.
- Weekly Google Business Profile posting continues.
- We review the first 60 days of real data together on your monthly call and adjust the content plan and page priorities.
- Looker Studio dashboard live and shared, plus your first plain-English monthly summary.
Deliverable: Written 90-day review — what moved, what didn't, and what we'd change next quarter, including if something isn't working.
What We'd Measure
| Metric | Baseline at Week 1 | How It's Tracked |
|---|---|---|
| Map-pack position | Ranks in one of six towns | Tracked per town, monthly |
| Calls from your Google listing | Not currently visible | Google Business Profile insights |
| Click-to-call taps on your site | Not currently measurable | GA4 event tracking |
| Web enquiries | Not currently measurable | GA4 + form events |
| First response time | 37 hours 33 minutes | Automated timestamp on every enquiry |
| Reviews | 31 reviews, 4.4 stars | Count and rating, monthly |
Not included at this plan level: call tracking with full revenue attribution — tying a specific booked job back to the campaign that produced it — is a Growth-plan feature and is not part of the Starter scope above.
What We Will Not Do Is Forecast You a Number.
Anyone who hands you a projected lead count for a business they audited last week is guessing, and you should treat that as information about them rather than about your market. Results depend on your market, your starting point, your offer, and how fast your team answers the phone. What we commit to is different and more useful: after 90 days you will be able to see exactly what changed, what caused it, and what it cost — including anything that didn't work.
What This Would Cost
Starter — $2,400/month
Plus a one-time onboarding fee of $2,500 with a new website, or $1,000 if you have a site you want to keep. The 90 days above is the launch runway; after day 90 you're month-to-month.
Billed Separately, Always Disclosed First
Nothing on this plan requires ad spend. If you later add paid channels, media budget is paid directly to Google from your own account and never passes through us.
