Privacy Policy

This page explains what Leadwright collects, why we collect it, and the controls you have. Written in plain language — no dark patterns.

What we collect

When you submit a form, we collect the contact details you provide — name, company, work email, phone, and any message content — so a strategist can respond.

Automatically collected information. When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically records standard log information, including your IP address (used to estimate general location), browser and device type, the pages you view, and the referring site or link.

How we use it

Contact details are used only to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver services. We never sell your information. We may contact you occasionally with relevant home-services marketing content — you can unsubscribe from any email in one click.

Your consent

Your consent: When you submit a form on this site — for example our contact form, the mini-audit, or a Never Miss a Lead inquiry — you provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, and the details in your message. By submitting a form, you consent to Leadwright, LLC collecting and using that information to respond to you, provide the services you request, and communicate with you about your project. Providing your information is voluntary, but we need it in order to respond. If you separately opt in, we may send occasional educational or marketing emails; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any such email, and we honor unsubscribe requests as required by the CAN-SPAM Act.

Cookies

Cookies. We use only the essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

Analytics

Analytics. Our website hosting provider collects basic, aggregate visitor analytics to help us understand site traffic — such as the number of visits, which pages are viewed, general geographic region, device and browser type, and the source that referred you. This data is reviewed only in aggregate, is not used to identify you individually, and is not sold or shared for advertising.

Data retention

Data retention: We keep the information you submit only as long as we need it. Inquiry and lead information is retained for up to 24 months after your most recent contact with us, so we can follow up and keep context. Information connected to an active client relationship is retained for the length of that relationship and for up to 7 years afterward to meet tax, accounting, and legal record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete your information sooner (see Your rights), and we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it. When a retention period ends, we securely delete or anonymize the information.

Your rights

Your rights: You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, email info@leadwrightphilly.com and we will respond within 30 days (or sooner if the law requires). We do not sell your personal information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) or the EU/UK GDPR.

Security

Security: We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you submit to us. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.
